John Hannah came to speak to our FCA group when I was playing ball in High School. He told many stories about practicing and work outs, but my favorite was scrimmaging the first team offense against the first team defense. They started at the 40 and had four plays to score. If they made it they got to go back and do it again, if they did not make they HAD to go back and do it again. He said that day almost killed him!
