Tide's Reamer rises in LB spot
He earned Most Valuable Player honors in the 2004 Class 6A state championship game as a senior linebacker at Hoover High when he scored a touchdown and set up two more in the Buccaneers' win over Prattville. If there was any hype that surrounded his arrival at the University of Alabama the following fall, it quickly dissipated in a series of injuries and position changes that left Reamer as an almost forgotten figure in the Crimson Tide's rebuilding efforts on defense.
